I spent the greater part of the weekend baking.
The biggest project of all was this

I made for my mom's bday!

The recipe came from BAKED: New Frontiers in Baking.
I hope to report more...but don't count on it anytime soon. I'm a bit burned out.

Looks beautiful and I bet it taste just as good. Loved the cake stand, it was perfect and it added some elegance!
